Established in 1999 we have been working hard to expand our range of cycles and accessories and are now proud to stock a wide range of cycles from leading manufacturers. Our staff all come from cycling backgrounds with families who are also cyclists. We therefore have knowledge not only in mountain biking and leisure cycling but also have a particular interest in and knowledge of Road Cycling and BMX.

Starting out in the early eighties from a small garage beside the house, Scotby Cycles has now been in business for about 25 years. Our name comes from the small village of Scotby on the outskirts of Carlisle where we started. Originally we only sold reconditioned bikes, however as things progressed Scotby Cycles continued to change. Currently we operate from a large four floor retail premises and stock leading brands such as Cannondale, Specialized and Trek to mention just a few.
